Assuming that you have had to maintain a form P11 (or equivalent) for more than one staff member during the tax year, you will need to complete an Employer Annual Return. In reality, most employers will need to complete an annual return (which consists of a P14 and a P35) and submit it to HMRC by 19 May, following the end of the tax year.
