Description

Darwinian Business: Survival of the Fittest (Entrepreneur) is a funding and pitching event hosted by The NextWomen and looks at what it is that makes a business a financial success. 

Two successful female business founders will share their experiences - from the birth of a great idea, through all its growing pains, to the maturing of the concept and potential exit strategies. They will be followed by a business panel and investor panel, pitching entrepreneurs and great networking.

Sustenance, experience and advice will allow entrepreneurs, with businesses at various stages of life, to understand the finer details of growing and funding their business:

1. Imbibe: Only Camels can Survive the Desert without Water

NETWORKING: An hour of informal networking with internet industry professionals

2. Mutations: The Dynamic Nature of a Start-up (Before and After Funding)

KEY-NOTE SPEAKERS: Two female leaders, Karin Loeffen of Libersy and serial entrepreneur Sarah McVittie will come together to consider: 'The Newborn - Life Before Funding' and 'The Teenage Years - Life After Funding'

3. Natural Selection: Those Best Equipped will Succeed

BUSINESS PANEL: A panel of industry professionals including, Julie Meyer of Ariadne Capital and Bindi Karia of Microsoft, will interact in an open discussion on business dilemmas raised by attendees

4. Pitch-preneurs
