This free-to-attend panel discussion will showcase London’s entrepreneurial culture, highlighting key issues relating to starting, growing and managing successful business in London, from incubation to operating some of the world’s leading companies. Entrepreneurs and investors welcome. Guest speakers include:


•        Nigel Biggs, Birkbeck alumnus, successful businessman and entrepreneur-in-residence at the University of Surrey. He set up Passionate Innovation to bring together people who are passionate about getting organisations, teams and individuals to do new things and who share ambition to spread the word to get significantly more businesses to innovate.

•        Andrew Atter, specialist in leadership, governance and entrepreneurship in emerging, high growth markets.

•        Rob Fitzpatrick, founder of the Startup Toolkit and member of General Assembly (an entrepreneurial campus based in NYC) who is leading the charge of the benevolent European takeover. He also mentors at and runs training workshops with Seedcamp, HackFwd, Emerge Venture Labs, and UCL.

•        Salim Virani, founder of Founder-centric which offers “Startup support for founders, by founders” and entrepreneur-in-residence at UCL. His expertise is in Agile business startup processes such as Lean Startup, direct marketing, customer data analysis, Web 2.0 technology, real-world digital hardware such as digital signage, and community & social network design.
