Happy April! Our latest issue marks a refuelled, energised approach after a restful Easter weekend, with one third of the business year complete. To coincide with this, we bring you a magazine that is themed around looking back at the first three months of 2012, polishing up on your business objectives and seeking fresh ideas to help strengthen your company strategy. Examples of this philosophy are seen throughout every page, with Lee McQueen (Former Apprentice Winner) tackling the subject of recruitment and how to rethink your existing employment procedure on pages 14-15, whilst Lisa Turner (p26) urges you to consider the use of your time and how to interact in new ways with your client base. Please click here to read this issue.

Along with the reinvigoration of your present strategy we also promote an act of enlightenment, whereby we throw away traditional methods of thinking in place of a more modern approach. For example, when we deliberate the importance of investing, we can all be forgiven for thinking stocks, shares, gold or even property are the obvious avenues to venture into. Peter Shakeshaft presents another source of investment that seems quite unlikely but indeed, rather lucrative. Read pages 36-37 to find out more.
The April issue also sees us interview master trader and international speaker Greg Secker. Founder and CEO of Knowledge to Action, a top trader coaching company, Greg's passions not only lie in increasing his own success, but to empower others by sharing his knowledge of the trading world. The underlying motive of Greg's career is giving back, whether it is through his various charity initiatives or his Youth Leadership summits, where he offers teenagers residential courses in securing future business success. In his interview with Entrepreneur Country, Greg divulges how he became a multi-millionaire in his twenties, how his upbringing contributed to success as well as excerpts of advice aimed at business owners from his friend Sir Richard Branson. See his interview on pages 38-42.

We hope you enjoy this issue and take on board the philosophy that it is never too late to identify stagnant ideas and discover new ways to run your business.
