I remember listening to Dr Gerry Ford at a EC forum. Everything went wrong with the mic, he was very slow and deliberate and I though "nows the time for a nap". But as he started to speak I remember thinking that his comments and observations were in a different league. They were actual examples of practice that were scalable and I could see they would be really useful. Years on and still some of the ideas and comments are useful in everyday business life. Well worth a watch of this video
