And the lifestyle was great as well, jean and t-shirts, sleep late, sex, drugs and rock and roll, money for nothing, dreams delivered.....
But let’s not overlook that these guys and girls were talented professionals who worked hard to get where they were. They often tried starting two or three bands, went on the road, and practiced endlessly to refine their art. They also borrowed from and were influenced by peers and predecessors. Money for nothing – not quite. Overnight success – maybe but it took a while for that night to come. Driven by a love of music and showbusiness ahead of the money.
Now it’s hard to get that scale of reward when your product is copied for free, but the great artists are on the road performing live and working pretty hard at something they love.
Business Superstars

Get your product, management and marketing right. Reinvest time and money to grow. Use the latest tools to keep your management under control – cash management, contact management to build customers, secure 24/7 document libraries for efficient sharing with your team and customers, staff management. It’s a lot easier and cheaper than it used to be to have a go and do it well. Get some revenue flowing, keep costs minimised, work those business processes and you’ll have a machine that grows, profits and takes you to superstardom.
