How do you guarantee a healthy, stress free workforce that are more productive, energetic and willing to work as a team? If your a manager or company owner, what could you be doing to give your team a boost and increase office performance? Jon Denoris seems to offer a solution.

Jon is a personal trainer to the stars and an entrepreneur, founding an exclusive private member Mayfair gym named Club 51. Counting Boris Johnson as one of his clients, Jon sat down for an interview with Entrepreneur Country to discuss the importance of exercise in the workplace.

1. How important is exercise to people that work in the office?
Vital. Research is emerging on the many benefits of exercise and more importantly "movement" (of which exercise is just one form) and that’s something that isn’t really done in most offices.

2. Why do you think companies are starting to take notice of health initiatives for employees?
The current economic climate requires a level of toughness that really separates the winner’s from the rest. We can almost inoculate ourselves from the stress that this causes through exercise and staying fit.

What most companies haven’t been doing is combating these stress levels from the boardroom down. Looking for solutions demonstrates a strong culture that is aware of the issues and that they’re not just paying lip service to employee wellness. I work with everyone from Directors down.

3. What was it like training Boris?
The one thing that I remember was the early starts! I used to be up before 5AM to meet him.

Even though his sessions were really early, he never cancelled once. It demonstrates that regardless of how busy you are, you can always prioritise your health.

4. How did your entrepreneurial journey begin?
I was frustrated with the way that things were being done in the health and fitness industry and saw an opportunity to offer better levels of service and results. Hence, I founded Club 51 (www.clubfiftyone.co.uk).

Club 51 is based on New Cavendish St, just by Harley St. I specifically chose the site with the view that not enough is done linking medicine and fitness.

5. Where do you see your company in the next 5 years?
There are so many options and choices in terms of where this could go. It’s obviously very scalable and I’d really love to be able to help office workers across the world. I’d love to see offices in Mumbai or New York being able to enjoy the Pop Up Gym.

6. Why should people get involved in the Pop Up Gym?
It’s so different to the typical warehouse style fitness environment. It creates an instant energy jolt to an organisation. It’s specifically designed to be playful. Your team will have fun. They get to interact with each other and don’t even realise that they’re working out.

It’s like the gym for those who don’t like gyms!
