The London Evening Standard have released the 2011 list, honouring London's 1,000 most influential people. They possess a mixture of confidence, zest, cleverness, ambition and character. Some have chosen to come to live and work in London, others were born here — but all owe some of their success to the fact that they are living in a city which thrives on innovation and transformation. Amongst those recognised are Mike Lynch, Founder of Autonomy and Julie Meyer CEO of Ariadne Capital.
