Martin Palethorpe

Martin Palethorpe, Senior Executive Coach at The Pragma Group, has been involved in performance, culture, leadership coaching, and organisational development for the last 16 years. In his early career inside organisations, he learnt the importance of driving performance through effective coach-style leadership, a high-performance environment and a strong values-driven culture. Over recent years as a coach and consultant, he’s helped many realise the importance of and develop these fundamentals. He now works across Europe at various levels of seniority, working with organisations from small to multi-billion pound turnover. Martin is also currently involved in a UK-wide values-based project to assess & develop our national culture. He’s an inspirational conference speaker on High Performance.
