Boomi, a Software-as-a-Service integration company has announced it has been acquired by Dell. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, nor did the company say when it expects to close the deal.

LiveU raises Series C funding of $11m

LiveU, which develops and markets real-time video technologies and solutions for live video transmissions over wireless networks, has announced that it has secured $11 million in Series C funding, led by Pitango Venture Capital and existing investors Carmel Ventures and Canaan Partners.
